IT GETS TOUGH BEFORE IT GETS EASY

A new project, the founding of a company, the pursuing of a goal. They all have one element in common: All beginnings are difficult. We orient ourselves, try different things, make mistakes that set us back and go new ways. In this phase, we are almost constantly outside of our comfort zone, stressed and under tension. But we learn from our mistakes, wrong decisions and emerge stronger from these challenges. This is the price we pay for the fact that after a certain time things become easier, processes function automatically and we can sit back for a moment. It always gets tough before it gets easy.
