Mornings on the beach

This abstract artwork was created as a result of a beautiful moment in Bali, Indonesia. Early in the morning I walked on the beach, smelled the salty sea breeze and felt the soft white sand between my toes. The sky was coloured in beautiful turquoise and purple as the sun rose behind dramatic clouds on the horizon. The waves were breaking without a single surfer and the atmosphere was unique. The painting shows the breaking waves and the white spray of the sea in the soft morning light of Bali. It is a reminder that it is often the little things and moments in life that will not be forgotten.
